Katie Elrod is the Head of Montrose School in Medfield, Mass., an independent school for girls in grades 6-12 guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church. 

 

Katie is a 30+ year teacher and school administrator who has taught at every grade level, from elementary through college. She has served as an adjunct professor in the philosophy department at Boston College, and she created Montrose School’s flagship Capstone course, “Embracing Big Questions and the Ethics of Human Flourishing.”
